About Us

At Golden Ridge Doggie Daycare we pride ourselves on the happiness of each and every single dog that steps foot through our doors! Every staff member at Golden Ridge is trained to understand our positive reinforcement philosophy. Whether your dog is at GRDDC for training or just to have a good time, we only use positive reward systems. You will never find a bark color, E-Collar, Spray bottle, etc. on the premises for the use in canine behavior correction. Instead our employees are geared with treat pouches and knowledge on how to correctly handle dogs without force or negative reinforcements!

We are an exclusively outside doggie daycare because dogs are the happiest outdoors! We have 7 large artificially turfed areas and 3 natural grass areas (including an acre field!) for playtime, with a large shelter for dogs to get away from the elements if they want a break.

During summer we have pools for every area and fans for extra cooling for those non-water-loving pups. In the winter, snow is removed from turfed play areas to prevent cold paws, but the field has lots of snow for our snow-loving pooches to have a blast!

We have large kennels inside for dogs who need a break, lunch, or have enrichment time for training. Each one of our kennels inside has a comfy cot and fresh water for optimal comfort! We find that kennels are more comfortable and stress free than crates and we want our dogs to have the best time while at GRDDC!
